How do I contact Customer Care?

We aim to make shopping with us simple, but we understand that you may have some questions from time to time. Our Help and Support pages are easy to use and are the quickest way to find the answers to our frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our Customer Care Team is here to help. Our Customer Care Department is open as follows:

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

We love to hear from you on our customer service, merchandise, website or any topics you want to share with us. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Please complete the form below.

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.    

I’ve forgotten my password, what shall I do?

To re-set your password, follow the 'Forgot password' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Follow these simple steps to start shopping with us.
If you're a registered user, then just sign in to your account
If you're not registered yet then simply do by filling out our form or just connect through your Facebook\google account.
If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link, or our OFFERS COLLECTION through the links on our home page. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a keyword or item number in the search box on the homepage.
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, and the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button.
You can then either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'View your Cart'.
If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you haven't confirmed your order yet, you can cancel it through the confirmation message you will receive once you place your order.
If your order is still within its fulfillment phase, you can contact our customer support team to submit your cancelation request.
If you have received your order already, you can submit a return request through our returns center.

Can I order over the phone or through live chat?

Sure, just contact to order from us.

Payment

What payment methods does Youlya accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit. You can also choose to pay on delivery.
All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

Discounts & Gift cards

My coupon code did not work
  • Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date.
  • All discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, please review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
  • Your code must be entered in the format in which was received.It may help to clear your cookies and cache if your code is not working.
The gift card sent to me isn't working

Please make sure that you're entering the gift card number correctly.If it's still not working, please contact our customer support team for further investigation.  

I haven't received my gift card

Gift card is being sent to the email + phone number registered on your Youlya account, so please check your inbox.
In case you haven't find it in your inbox, please contact us to resend it to you.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 3 days.

Return requests should be submitted through our returns center.

What's your return policy? 

We're dedicated to provide you with the finest online shopping in Egypt snd we will be happy to assist you for refunds or returns.

  • Return should be within 3 days.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
  • We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • The following items cannot be returned: Underwear, lingerie, face masks, bodysuits, socks and swimwear. but you can check your oder before paying.
  • In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.   
Can I check my order before receiving it from the courier?

Because we care about your order, you will be able to check the order while delivering it to you.

I have not received my refund

Refunds are to be done through the same payment method you used.

Credit card refunds can take from 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your bank account.     

COD orders will have its refund through transferring the amount to your bank account or the postoffice.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
